Tech Mentorship Program

with the support of John Deere & Principal Financial Group

By 2030, the workforce will look drastically different. Applicants will be required to possess a high degree of digital literacy. Employers will require technology skills, not prefer them.

The Tech Mentorship Program prepares the youth of today to be the employees of tomorrow. Participants learn the technology and professional skills that equip them to compete in a digital workforce.

Youth cannot be who they cannot see.

Participants in the Tech Mentorship Program learn directly from industry professionals. Students of all background and skill levels are invited to participate.

Programmers, software engineers, and IT employees lead class and mentor students.

Program participants build lasting networks, mentorships, and relationships with leading financial and technology companies through work-based learning.

These connections create increased opportunities for paid internships, apprenticeships, and jobs.
