Nancy Mwirotsi is the founder and Executive Director of Pi515. Pi515 began in a church basement with Nancy teaching refugee students how to code. The non profit has grown into a powerful force for tech education and opportunity. Driven by a deep passion to close the technology gap, Nancy set out to create access to skills, mentorship, and pathways that were often out of reach for refugees and underserved youth.

This multi-program organization supports students through hands-on tech education, leadership development, and real-world opportunities. Nancy’s vision centers on equity, belonging, and the belief that talent is everywhere—even when opportunity is not. Through Pi515, she continues to champion education as a tool for empowerment, helping young people build confidence, careers, and futures in the ever-changing tech landscape.
